Integration

If you do not have a Squaretalk account, please contact our sales team

1. Ensure Squaretalk softphone is installed

2. Login to your Axiom account

3. In settings, Enable Zoho integration

4. Click on settings

5. Choose the users to integrate and Send Confirmation.

6. Answer yes

7. Click continue when you receive the email

8. Login with Zoho credentials

9. Click Accept

10. You will be redirected to Squaretalk Axiom

11. Return to your Zoho account

12. Go to contact page

13. Click the “Call Now” button or phone icon next to the phone number

14. Add notes in real-time or hang up

15. When the call is completed, note follow up tasks

16. On incoming calls contact details will be shown in the popup window
