International Marketing Manager B2B

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our B2B marketing
strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, budget, evaluate our marketing
performance metrics, and collaborate with the CFO and Head of Sales.
You are required to have a strong marketing background with excellent communication
skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

● Working with the executive team to set the marketing strategy for the business
● Producing valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
● Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
● Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting the results to the executive team
● Negotiating and connecting with third-party marketing agencies
● Writing and delivering content and social media plans
● Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spent is delivering a return on investment
● Overseeing marketing campaigns

Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in the Marketing field
● Previous experience in creating marketing strategies, organic growth, and content management
● Previous experience in working with Hubspot, G2crowd, WordPress and PPC
● Previous experience in social media, web digital, and affiliate marketing
● Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage
● Being up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
● Fluent English – both written and verbal
● BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
