We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 3+ years of experience in customer relations to join our team and support our expanding customer base.

You will have the chance to work independently on innovative products with an international team of highly experienced talents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Connect with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Maximizing clients ROI
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the best solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate and coordinate with all company’s departments

Requirements:

  • Manager or team leader experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent English
  • Great organization and multitasking skills
  • Data management knowledge
  • Knowing how to do presentations and quarter business reviews
